Service terms and cleaning limitations
These terms explain how planning estimates, inspections, cleaning outcomes, property access, and payments are handled by Deluxe Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning Solutions LLC (“DCA Cleaning Solutions”). By approving service, the customer accepts these terms.
Planning estimates and final pricing
Website totals are non-binding planning estimates based on customer-selected quantities. Final scope and price may change after confirming measurements, material, soil level, access, equipment requirements, service minimums, requested treatments, and site conditions. Any change should be discussed before the additional work begins.
Cleaning outcomes
DCA Cleaning Solutions does not guarantee complete stain, spot, odor, or discoloration removal. Results vary because of material construction, age, wear, prior cleaning, prior chemicals, permanent dye loss, bleaching, heat damage, backing or padding contamination, pet deposits, and other conditions outside the cleaner’s control.
Carpet cleaning method
Carpet service uses professional truck-mounted hot-water extraction with appropriate pre-treatment, spotting, rinsing, and extraction. Product selection and process may vary according to fiber type, manufacturer guidance, condition, and technician judgment.
Upholstery and specialty materials
Upholstery is inspected for fiber content, construction, colorfastness, existing damage, and care labels where available. Delicate, designer, natural-fiber, unstable-dye, damaged, or previously treated items may require modified service, specialist referral, or refusal of service.
Air ducts, sanitizer, and antimicrobial treatments
Air duct service is limited to accessible system components included in the approved scope. Sanitizer and antimicrobial applications are optional treatments, not medical services, mold remediation, or guarantees against future microbial growth. Moisture intrusion and suspected active mold may require assessment by a qualified remediation professional.
Drying, ventilation, and re-soiling
Drying time varies with humidity, airflow, fiber type, soil, treatment, and extraction conditions. The customer should provide reasonable ventilation and avoid traffic until surfaces are appropriately dry. Wicking, recurring odor, or re-soiling may occur when contamination extends below the cleanable surface.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe, lawful access to the property and service areas.
- Disclose known hazards, fragile items, pests, bodily fluids, damaged materials, prior treatments, and relevant building restrictions.
- Secure children and pets away from equipment, hoses, chemicals, and wet surfaces.
- Remove valuables, small objects, and breakable items from the work area unless otherwise agreed.
- Ensure utilities and building systems required for service are operational.
Existing damage and concealed conditions
DCA Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing wear, loose seams, delamination, weakened backing, unstable dyes, damaged flooring, failing finishes, brittle vents, concealed defects, or conditions that become visible during normal cleaning. Photos may be taken to document condition and completed work.
Access, cancellation, and rescheduling
Appointments depend on route, weather, traffic, equipment, and safe site access. Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellation or rescheduling. DCA Cleaning Solutions may stop or decline work when conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, inaccessible, or materially different from the submitted description.
Payments
Approved payments are processed through Clover or another disclosed secure payment method. Credit-card details should not be entered into the website estimate form. Payment timing, deposits, and cancellation terms are confirmed with the approved service order.
