How a carpeted area is counted.
All three carpet specials — CARPET199, CARPET350 and CARPET431 — are quoted in areas, and an area means the same thing in all of them:
- Each standard room counts as 1 area.
- A large master bedroom counts as 2 areas.
- Stairs count as 1 area.
- A landing counts as 1 area.
- Walk-in closets are free with service and do not count as an additional area.
For example: 3 standard bedrooms + stairs + landing = 5 areas.
Count your own home the same way before you send a request, and the figure you see on the form is the figure we start from. If the count differs on the day, we tell you before anything is cleaned.

There is no per-vent charge under this code. A home with fifteen registers on one system pays the same as a home with eight.

Counting vents rather than systems, this is the smaller of our two air duct offers. If your home has more than 10 supply vents on the system, compare it against DUCT299 above, which covers every vent on a unit for one price. One request carries one code.

Nothing else is hidden in a footnote. If your home needs more than the promotion covers, the extra is added at the published per-vent rate and you see the arithmetic before you agree to it.
Reading the codes
Each code says what it costs.
Carpet and air-duct offers use CARPET199, CARPET350, CARPET431, DUCT299 and VENTS199. Move-cleaning packages use MOVE249, MOVE399 and MOVE599.
The offers cover different work and are quoted separately; one request carries one code. Move-cleaning prices are starting planning estimates and are confirmed after the property size, condition and requested scope are reviewed.
