Intown carpet takes a specific kind of beating. Pets in walkable neighborhoods come back damp and muddy far more often than pets in a fenced suburban yard. Can you clean carpet in a Midtown or Buckhead high-rise?
Yes, with the building's cooperation. We need dock or curb access within hose reach and, in most managed buildings, a certificate of insurance on file with management — ours is available on request. Tell us the building when you call and we will contact management ourselves if that is easier.
My bungalow has an attic air handler and flexible ducts. Is that a problem?
It is normal for intown housing and it changes what a cleaning can reach. Flexible runs are cleaned more gently than rigid trunk lines, some runs buried in a knee wall have no safe access point at all, and we will tell you which is which rather than reporting a run as cleaned when we could not reach it.
