Every add-on is optional and separately priced. None of them is required for us to clean, and we will tell you on site if one is not worth buying for your situation.

Heavy-soil pre-treatment $95.00 A longer dwell time and a stronger pre-spray for traffic lanes and heavily used rooms. Worth buying when the carpet has gone a long time between cleanings. Pet-odor treatment $65.00 Applied to the affected area. Where urine has reached the padding or the subfloor, surface cleaning will not resolve it — that needs padding replacement, which is outside our scope, and we will tell you if we find it. Sanitizer application $45.00 An EPA-registered product applied per its label directions. We apply it as labeled and make no claim beyond what the label states. Antimicrobial treatment $85.00 An EPA-registered product applied per its label directions, usually to duct interiors. Same rule: the label is the claim. Dryer vent cleaning $115.00 Stand-alone rate. It drops to $70.00 when booked with air duct cleaning.

Why the dryer vent has two prices. On its own it is $115.00, because it is a separate trip with its own setup. Added to an air duct cleaning in the same visit it is $70.00, because the crew and the equipment are already at your home. The card above shows whichever rate your current selections earn, and it changes on its own if you go back and add vents.

Straight answers

What add-ons do and do not do.

Sanitizers and antimicrobials are applied strictly per their EPA-registered label. What the label claims is what we claim — we do not extend it.
No add-on changes what cleaning can physically reach. Damage already in the fiber, and contamination that has passed below the surface, stay what they are.
Prices here are the same prices quoted on the phone and on site. There is no on-the-day upsell list.
