Do you need a move package?

Leave this at zero and continue if this is not a move.

The published figure is the starting price for the package on a standard property. Square footage, the number of carpeted rooms and the condition the property is left in all move the final number, which is confirmed in writing before work begins. One package covers one property; add more than one only if you are having two addresses cleaned.

Carpeted areas

Hot-water extraction throughout the carpeted rooms in the property, with the furniture already out.

Hard floors and edges

Edge detail work along baseboards and in doorways, where an occupied home never gets reached.

Scheduled to the handover

Booked around your closing or key date so the property is cleaned once, at the right end of the move.

Written scope first

You get the scope and the final figure in writing before the crew starts, so there is a record for a landlord or an agent.

  • Add air duct cleaning to a move package on the previous step if you want the system done while the property is empty — it is the easiest time to do it.
  • Repairs, painting, pest treatment and hauling are outside our scope. We clean; we do not restore.
