What these packages cover. Cleaning is not repair, restoration or remediation. Permanent stains, dye loss, worn or damaged flooring, existing paint and drywall damage, hard-water etching and mineral scale may not improve. Sanitizing treatment is applied to compatible surfaces per the manufacturer's EPA-registered label directions and we make no claim beyond the label; it is not mold remediation, and moisture sources must be identified and corrected. Air duct cleaning, where included, removes the accessible accumulated debris in the service scope. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and will address concerns related to the agreed scope of service.
