Deluxe Carpet & Airduct Cleaning Solutions LLC ("DCA Cleaning Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, air duct and vent cleaning, upholstery cleaning, luxury furniture cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. This Return & Refund Policy explains how satisfaction guarantees, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for the services we provide. Because we deliver services rather than physical products, "returns" apply to service outcomes as described below.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service you received, please contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of your appointment and let us know what fell short. We will arrange to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge to make it right.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis when a re-clean does not resolve a legitimate quality concern, or when a service could not be completed due to circumstances within our control. Where a refund is approved:
Refunds are generally not available for concerns reported more than 3 days after service, for pre-existing damage or permanent staining disclosed before the appointment, or for results affected by conditions outside our control (such as underlying subfloor damage, prior improper cleaning, or fabric and material limitations).
