Our house has three air handlers. How does that get priced?
Per system. Each air handler with its trunk, branch runs and return is one system: the published system base plus the published per-vent rate for the vents on it. We count them on site with you before we start, so the arithmetic is visible rather than estimated.
Only the bedrooms and the bonus room are carpeted. Do we pay for the whole house?
No. Carpet is priced per carpeted room, so a house with hard flooring downstairs pays for the rooms that actually have carpet. Stairs and a large landing are counted as two rooms. We walk it with you and count before we quote.
