Where we work in Woodstock
Regular routes take us through Downtown Woodstock, Towne Lake Parkway, Bells Ferry Road, Ridgewalk Parkway and the neighborhoods off I-575. We also work in Canton, Holly Springs, Kennesaw and Roswell.
We are a service-area business: there is no shop to visit, and every job is done at your address with truck-mounted equipment. Appointments in Woodstock are subject to route availability, and we will tell you the real next opening rather than a hopeful one.
Planning estimate
A typical single-system duct job in Woodstock works out between $279.49 and $388.20 depending on the vent count.
These are planning estimates from the catalog at the estimate builder, not final quotes. Final scope and price are confirmed on site after dimensions, material condition and accessibility are reviewed.
Local housing stock
The construction decides the work. Here is what we run into at Woodstock addresses.
Woodstock has grown fast and recently, and the housing shows it: a large volume of 2000s and 2010s subdivision houses around Towne Lake, plus a wave of newer townhomes and small-lot detached homes near the downtown district. Newer construction is tighter, which is good for energy and mixed for us — sealed houses recirculate the same air through the same filter, so the return side collects fines quickly, while the supply runs are often short, well-sealed and genuinely cleaner than an older system's.
Cherokee County red clay is the local signature. It tracks in on shoes and paws, it is fine enough to work straight down into the backing, and it does not rinse out the way ordinary grit does — a clay lane needs pre-treatment and more than one pass, and even then a stain that has bonded to the fiber may not fully clear. New-build homes also carry construction fines in the ductwork for the first year or two, which is the single most common reason a Woodstock homeowner calls us about ducts.
Subdivision access around Towne Lake is easy. Downtown townhomes and small-lot homes are the ones where hose length matters, because the van may have to sit on the street or in a shared court rather than at the door — we will ask about that when you book. Newer neighborhoods sometimes have HOA rules about service-vehicle parking; if yours does, let us know.

What we do not claim
Cleaning is not a medical or health treatment. If your concern is a health symptom, please speak with a physician. If it is active mold growth or a moisture problem, that calls for a qualified remediation professional rather than a cleaner.
Odor that has soaked into padding, subfloor, framing or a wall cavity is being fed by a source below the surface, and a surface clean will not end it. We tell you what we expect cleaning to achieve before we start, and we do not promise that any odor will be eliminated.
Cleaning removes soil and improves appearance. It does not reverse permanent dye loss, bleaching, sun fading, matting, abrasion or existing material damage, and we tell you which of those we are looking at before we start rather than after. Sanitizing and antimicrobial products are applied to compatible surfaces according to the manufacturer's EPA-registered label directions, and we make no claim beyond that label. None of our services are mold remediation.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and will address concerns related to the agreed scope of service.
Reviews and references
No rating, review count or customer quote appears anywhere on this site unless it can be verified and traced to the platform the customer left it on. Nothing on this page is a testimonial. Reviews customers leave on our Google Business Profile are the ones we point to, and this page explains how to find them.
If you would like to hear from previous customers before you book, call (404) 716-2720 and ask for references — we will put you in touch with recent local customers who have agreed to be contacted, along with the type of work performed.
Woodstock questions
Sometimes, and for a specific reason. New construction leaves drywall dust, sawdust and packaging fines in the system, and those show up at the registers in the first couple of years. The EPA does not recommend duct cleaning on a routine schedule, but it does list ducts with substantial deposits of dust and debris as a reason to clean — recent construction work is exactly that case. An inspection tells us whether it is warranted.
Often much of it, not always all of it. Clay is a fine particulate that works into the backing and can bond to the fiber, so it takes pre-treatment and repeated passes. We will tell you after looking at it whether we expect a full recovery or an improvement, and we would rather set that expectation before we start than after.
